Terms of service

Service is limited to Staten Island, New York. Residential wash and fold is billed by dry weight at the posted rate with a 20 pound minimum. Bulky items are billed per piece.

Turnaround is 24 hours for standard orders picked up during business hours. Same day rush depends on route space and must be requested at booking.

Check pockets before pickup. We are not responsible for cash, jewelry, electronics or documents left in clothing, and we are not responsible for items that carry care labels prohibiting machine washing unless you flag them at pickup.

In the rare case an item is lost or damaged through our handling, our liability is limited to ten times the laundering charge for that item, which is the standard in the industry. Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate while the order log is fresh.

Payment is due after delivery unless you hold an invoiced commercial account. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled by text at any time.
