Privacy policy

Prime Laundry collects only the information needed to schedule and deliver your laundry: your name, phone number, service address, email if you give one, and notes about how you want your laundry handled.

We use that information to run pickups and deliveries, send you order and route updates by text, and bill you for service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people who handle your order.

Text messages you send us are stored with your order history so a driver or dispatcher can see what you asked for. You can ask us to delete your records at any time by calling or emailing us.

This site does not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics, this page will say so and name the tool. The pickup form on this site opens your own messaging app and sends nothing until you press send.
