Pickups booked before 10am are usually delivered the next afternoon. Need it faster? Same day rush is $0.75 per pound on top of the standard rate, subject to route space.
Residential questions
How do I prepare my laundry for pickup?
Put everything in any bag you have. Empty the pockets, tell us about stains, and separate anything that needs cold water or air drying. We supply reusable Prime Laundry bags after your first order.
Can I set a recurring weekly pickup?
Yes. Pick a day and a window, and the driver comes on the same schedule every week. You can skip or move a week by text at any time.
How are comforters and bedding priced?
Bulky items get their own cycle, so they are priced per item instead of per pound. Ask for a quote when you book and we confirm before washing.
What happens if something is damaged or missing?
Every bag is weighed, logged and tracked. If something goes wrong we make it right, and we are insured for the rare case that needs it.
