Prime Laundry serves Staten Island only, the entire borough. That covers the North Shore, East Shore, Mid Island, South Shore and West Shore, from St. George down to Tottenville.
How much does wash and fold cost?
Residential wash and fold is $1.95 per pound with a 20 pound minimum. Pickup and delivery are always free. Commercial accounts start at $1.55 per pound depending on volume.
How fast do I get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Same day rush service is available for an extra $0.75 per pound if you call early in the day.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
No. Most customers leave the bag at the door or with the doorman. We text you when the driver is on the way and again when the order is delivered.
Is my laundry washed with other people's clothes?
Never. Every order is washed, dried and folded separately, then bagged with your name on it.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Tell us when you book. Free and clear detergent, hypoallergenic softener and fragrance free drying are available at no extra cost.
Do you take comforters, blankets and bedding?
Yes. Comforters, duvets, quilts, blankets and pillows are priced per item rather than per pound because they need their own cycle.
