Pricing questions
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. There is no trip charge, fuel fee or delivery fee anywhere on Staten Island. You pay for the laundry by weight and nothing else.
How do you weigh my order?
Bags are weighed on a certified scale at intake, before washing, and the weight is on your receipt. Wet weight is never charged.
What is the minimum order?
20 pounds, which is roughly two full kitchen bags. Smaller loads are still welcome, they are simply billed at the 20 pound minimum.
Do you charge extra for detergent or softener?
No. Standard detergent, free and clear detergent, softener and dryer sheets are all included. Tell us your preference when you book.
